I am a married mother of 4 wonderful boys. They are my life and one of the main reasons I decided to have this life changing surgery. My WLS was performed on December 22, 2010. I had the LAP RNY with Dr. Jorge Sosa. I believe that this has been the best decision that I have ever made concerning my health.
I have created this website to keep a record of my successes and any mistakes I may make along the way.
I will also be posting recipes that I come up with during my weight loss journey and beyond. I hope to be able to help others who wish to have this surgery and those who have already been through it.
